Program Manager – Full Time
Commences: August 15, 2007
– Full time – 40 hour/week
Education and experience in the area of disability support services will be an asset. The Program Manager provides direction and leadership in the organizations strategic business plan and in financial management. The incumbent will: be actively involved as a community liaison, be involved in the overall scope of service development, and will manage the assigned program areas in such way that reflects a high standard of quality supports. All responsibilities will adhere to the philosophy and policy standards of the agency. The successful candidate is ideally required to possess the following:
Ø A Disability Studies or related Human Services degree/diploma.
Ø Three years of experience in the disability services field
Ø Supervisory or management experience
Ø Strong interpersonal, planning and team leadership skills.
Salary range $17.15/hour – $24.25 based on education and experience. A benefit package is available.
