Program Supervisors – Full Time –4 positions
This position beginning as soon as possible, is for 40 hours per week. Education and experience in the area of community access and residential programs will be an asset. The Program Supervisors provide direction and guidance to staff and the individuals they support in the development and implementation of programs, support plans and procedures. The supervisor monitors staff performance and team functioning ensuring that support is of high quality, adheres to the philosophy and policy standards of the agency and promotes a natural and normal life for each individual receiving support. Experience in residential and community access programs will be a benefit.
The successful candidates for the Supervisor’s positions should possess some of the following:
· A Disability Studies or related Human Services degree or diploma or interest in pursuing a degree or diploma
· Three years of experience in the rehabilitation field.
· Supervisory or management experience in the Human Services field would be an asset
· Strong interpersonal and planning skills
· The ability to work as a team player and team leader
· Effective written and verbal communication skills

Salary range $15.30 - $21.73 based on education and experience. A benefit package is available.

 Program Coordinator- Part Time based on 20 hrs/week- with possibility of increase
Reporting to the Program Director (Assistant Director), the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and administering designated service areas of program support for individuals with disabilities. The Program Coordinator oversees staffing and supervision, planning, budgeting and financial management, policy and program development for this area. The Program Coordinator ensures that all individual support is carried out with the best interest of the individual at the forefront and in an ethically responsible manner. Key aspects of the role will include but are not limited to the development and implementation of process guidelines, service monitoring and evaluation, service delivery coordination and intervention, budget administration and management, funding proposal development, and community liaison. Specific duties and responsibilities such as Admission and Discharge, Project development, and the Alberta Brain Injury Network (ABIN) will be designated to a specific Program Coordinator. 

The successful candidate should possess the following:
· A Human Services degree or diploma or related education
· Supervisory or management experience in the disabilities field
· Strong interpersonal and planning skills
· The ability to work as a team player
· Effective written and verbal communication skills

 Human Resources Supervisor – Full time based on 40hrs/week
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment program and provides direction and guidance to staff. The HR Supervisor also coordinates all training events within the agency, and acts as a representative on the Regional Professional Development Committee. The supervisor ensures that HR practices are of high quality, adhering to the philosophy and policy standards of the agency and province.
The successful candidates should possess the following:
· Post secondary diploma or degree from an accredited institute in HR Management or a related field
· Three years experience in the HR field
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Confidentiality and professionalism are important

New To You-Part Time Manager Required
The New To You is a local thrift store focused on clothing for all ages with a small household section. This store mainly deals in used clothing and is found in the alley behind Flower Lane. The store is currently open five days a week from 9:30 am. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The store is run by volunteers. Reporting to the Executive Director, this working Manager position is responsible for the training and supervising of volunteers, day-to-day store operation, marketing, handling of funds and banking, and the business plan.
The manager will be a self-starter, with preference given to candidates with related business experience.
Competition closes when suitable candidate is found.

Casual Staff 
· Casual staff is required in a number of programs including employment, residential and community access

Residential
  
· Program with 56 hrs per week available Monday-Sunday asleep overnights with the possibility of awake
· Position of 20 hours per week available every second Sunday and Wednesday 11am-9pm and every Monday 11am-9pm.
· Position of 8.5 hours available every second Saturday 6:30am-3pm
· Position of 7.5 hours available every Saturday 12 noon –7:30 pm
· Position of 6 hours available Mondays and Tuesdays 9am-11am, 1pm-3pm, 5pm-7pm

Independent Living Skills  
· Position of 4 hours per week on alternating Saturdays 9am- 1pm

Employment Services
· Program with 64.5 temporary hrs/week supporting individuals with their vocational pursuits

Community Access   
· Program with up to 18 hours per week, days and times flexible.
